While studying the nature of sharks, I became fascinated by the similarities between sharks and people portrayed through their common struggle for survival and their predatory instincts. Shark paintings came out of this idea. Although known as predators, sharks are becoming human prey. They are beautiful, yet dangerous creatures due to their instinct-based actions. We, on the other hand, use both, mind and instinct. That makes us even more dangerous for the World around us.
