Shark paintings

While studying the nature of sharks, I became fascinated by the similarities between sharks and people portrayed through their common struggle for survival and their predatory instinct. Shark paintings came out of this idea.  Although known as predators, sharks are becoming human prey. They are beautiful, yet dangerous creatures due to their instinct-based actions. We, on the other hand, use both, mind and instinct. That makes us even more dangerous for the World around us.

The amount of fear in our imagination that we have at the very mention of shark’s name is in contradiction with the damage that we are causing to these species every day.
